This year marks our 40th year of service, and we look forward to building more strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations, governmental and corporate entities. This will allow BCAC to strengthen our support to the community through service and strong relationships.  We remain committed to aiding in the development of Baltimore County by implementing and following our Sorority’s Five Point Programmatic Thrust:
